Traffic Incident at 2600 South Loop West

March 5, 2006 -- Houston police are investigating a fatal accident involving a pedestrian at 2600 South Loop West (westbound) on March 5, 2006 about 3:15 a.m.

HPD Mobility Incident Management Division Sergeant G.T. Hall and Officer J. Vega reported:

An intoxicated pedestrian ran into the freeway and was hit by a passing vehicle. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
