Incident at 311 Super

January 2, 2007 -- Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 311 Super on January 2, 2007 at 1:05 a.m.

The victim's identity is pending an autopsy by the Harris County Medical Examiner's office.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeants M.W. McStravick and C.W. Howard reported:

Witnesses told police they heard multiple gunshots and shortly after discovered the victim laying on the yard. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
