In the fourth incident, he forced his way inside the apartment as the victim attempted to enter her apartment. Jabari spoke in broken Spanish and asked the victims for a pen and paper or for a person (s) unknown to them. Jabari then forced his way into the victim’s apartments, pulls out a chrome or stainless steel automatic gun and threatened them. He demanded money, and after the victims complied, he took them to a bedroom where he sexually assaulted them. After the assaults, the victims were told to remain in the bedroom or in a bedroom closet.
