July 24, 2015 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the apparent suicide of a male at 61 Riesner Street about 1:30 p.m. on Thursday (July 23).

The male, Hung Do, 38, was pronounced dead at the scene after apparently using his own clothing to hang himself.  Do was in jail, charged with possession of a controlled substance in the 232nd State District Court.

As is customary when a death occurs in the presence of HPD personnel, this case is being investigated by the HPD Homicide and Internal Affairs Divisions and the Harris County District Attorney's Office.
