Investigation into Female Found Deceased at 11100 Mayfield
March 17, 2016 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results on a female found deceased at 11100 Mayfield about 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday (March 16).
The identity of the female is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Senior Police Officer S. Spivey and Officer R. Lujan reported:
Officers responded to a person down call in an open field at the above address and found a female's decomposed body lying a few feet from the roadway. The ethnicity of the female was not clear.
