The LDC is a two-story, 54,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility, featuring:
An auditorium capable of seating 150 with fold-down desktops
Instructor computers connected to HD projectors and the internet
170 available campus parking spaces
Break-room area with microwaves
Welcoming lobby area
Open atrium
The LDD provides training opportunities at its facility on a space-available basis for other organizations, or we can work from your site. Our clients include not only City of Houston departments and employees, but also other municipalities, public agencies, non-profit agencies, and private businesses in the greater Houston area.

About the Chief Executive Learning Officer
Noel A. Pinnock is a recognized expert with over 20 years experience in transforming underperforming companies into positions of prosperity and optimum value. He specializes in strategic, operational, and tactical services. As a national certified public manager (CPM), he has been responsible for overseeing many large-scale municipal and company transformations and is known for his creative and energetic leadership in strategic redirection, motivational speaking, organizational/workforce development, and market repositioning/rebranding.

Professional Development and Licenses
Many professions require practitioners to take continuing education
to retain their professional licenses. We offer many courses that
satisfy requirements for continuing education.
