Beat Description and Boundary:

The boundary begins at the intersection of South Post Oak and South Main and goes northeast along the southeast lot lines of South Main to Hiram Clarke. It turns south along the west lot lines of Hiram Clarke to West Orem. The boundary turns west along the south lot lines of West Orem and goes to South Post Oak. The boundary continues south along the east lot lines of South Post Oak to the Fort Bend County Line that runs along the South Beltway 8. It turns northwest along the Fort Bend Country Line to the Houston City Limits, and continues to follow the city limits northwest to South Main and then northeast along South Main about to Fondren where the city limits turn north. The beat boundary follows the city limits to the SPRR railroad tracks and follows these tracks northeast to Kylewick. It turns south along the west lot lines of Kylewick to West Airport Road. It turns east along the south lot lines of West Airport to South Post Oak. It turns north along the east lot lines of South Post Oak and goes to South Main, which is where it begins.
