Beat Description and Boundary:

The boundary begins at the intersection of Settemont and the Fort Bend County Line and follows the county line as it follows the South Beltway 8 southeast to the Houston City Limits. From this point on, the beat boundary follows the city limits as they turn south along Hiram Clarke to FM 2234, west along FM 2234 to South Post Oak, north along South Post Oak to Court Road, west along Court Road to the west side of Chimney Rock, south along the west side of Chimney Rock to the city limits at about McHard Road, and west along the city limits. The boundaries turn south off of McHard Road and go around several subdivisions to Fondren. They turn north on Fondren approximately two miles and then turn west to Settemont. They turn north on Settemont and go to the Fort Bend County Line at the Beltway 8, which is where the beat boundary begins. This beat encompasses that section of the City of Houston that is in Fort Bend County.
