UPDATE #3 Surveillance Video, Photos in 2017 Fatal Shooting at 10221 Club Creek

March 10, 2022 - Houston police are asking for the public's help in identifying  surveillance a suspect wanted in the fatal shooting of one man and the wounding of another at 10221 Club Creek about 11:50 p.m. on July 15, 2017.  

The suspect is described only as a Hispanic male, wearing a black T-shirt with an unknown image on the front.  Surveillance video of the suspect released to media in March 2018 can be viewed on the HPD YouTube channel at https://youtu.be/kwtap-IkWGw

One victim, Xavier Christopher Rodas, 23, was pronounced dead at the scene.  A second man, Adam Valencia, 23, was transported to an area hospital where he was treated and released several days later.  

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J. Burton and Detective K. Fregia reported:  

The victims were outside a nightclub at the above address when two other people began arguing.  During the ensuing fight, one individual (suspect seen in the video) produced a gun and fired multiple shots that struck the victims.  The gunman then fled the scene.

Surveillance photos were subsequently obtained showing the suspected gunman at a nearby convenience store shortly before the shooting and those photos were released to the media on July 24, 2017.
