December 2, 2021 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 10000 Kempwood Drive that occurred about 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday (December 1).  

The victim, Emmanuel Hernandez, 18, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.  

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detectives H. Martinez and R. Mendoza reported:  

HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at the above address and found Mr. Hernandez had been shot in the neck.  Houston Fire Department paramedics transported Hernandez to the hospital.  

The suspect is described only as a Hispanic male.
