"We at HPL are super excited to celebrate our first Cultural Connections of the calendar year, Lunar New Year!  As we celebrate the Year of the Snake, we will learn so much about the rich traditions and cultures of our Asian communities, which are among the largest groups in Houston. Last year's Lunar New Year event was so much fun and had over 500 attendees," said Donnie Byrd, Administration Manager for Adult and Multicultural Programs.
