Request Form for Fire Prevention Public Education Presentations

To schedule a public education event, please fill out this form and submit at least 4 weeks in advance.

  ***Please note, that we are not scheduling presentations November - December 2023, due to our Annual Toy Drive and Giveaway. ***

At the moment, there are three types of events you can request of the six listed below. Only the available events are listed in the form:

• General Fire Safety Speaker (English/Spanish)
  Mondays from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. and Tuesday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Please, note that this is for a speaker only. If you would like a Fire Truck Visit, please request through the HFD Community Interaction Online Form
• Mobile Safety Trailer
  Currently, we are not accepting request for the Mobile Safety Trailer. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please, check back for availability.
• Puppet Shows
  Currently, we are not accepting request for the Puppet Show. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please, check back for availability.
• Health Fair
  Fire Safety Information only (NO EMS). Tuesdays from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. and Tuesday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. For a fire truck request please visit the HFD Community Interaction Online Form
• Fire Extinguisher Training  
  (Video and Speaker only) FEX1. Fire Extinguisher Training with Hands-On Demonstration (FEX2) please email HFD Inspector Moises De La Cruz at moises.delacruz@houstontx.gov. This demonstration requires a permit and prior Fire Marshal Approval.
• Fire Drill
  Single and two story - observation only
