This new portal replaces paper forms and manual processes with a simple, online system that helps improve communication, visibility, and turnaround time.
With the new portal, eligible employees will be able to:
- File a grievance, arbitration, ECRP, classification challenge, non-referral complaint, or AIRP claim
- Access the system anytime (24/7)
- Submit requests and upload documents online
- Check the status of filings
- View case-related information in one place
- Benefit from consistent and standardized processes
The portal is designed to support many users across the City. Employees, supervisors, managers, department leaders, HR professionals, and HR liaisons will be able to submit, respond, and check the status of employee-labor relations request directly in the system.
