Indicator description:

This indicator provides a measure of responsive public services. The source of data for this indicator is a city-wide citizen’s survey administered to those living within the City of Houston. The purpose of the survey is to assess citizens’ level of satisfaction with services, maintenance, and facilities provided by the City.
