Office of Chief of Police

The Office of the Chief of Police coordinates and facilitates directives and needs assessments, as well as internal and external requests from stakeholders that include the HPD Command Staff, the Offices of the Mayor and City Council, other City departments, outside agencies, and citizens. The Chief meets weekly with his Executive Command Staff, which is composed of the department’s Executive Assistant Chiefs, Assistant Chiefs, Deputy Directors, Chief of Staff and City Council Liaison.
