Office of Technology Services
The Office of Technology Services manages the HPD information technology and communications capabilities. It provides 24/7 operational support for all mission critical information processing applications that support calls for service, records management, intelligence and crime analysis, and fingerprint identifications capabilities.
Technology Services also maintains the systems that allow the HPD to integrate with other local, state and federal systems. Local examples include connecting with the computer aided dispatch system located in the Houston Emergency Center, as well as with the Municipal Courts case management system. Units within the Office of Technology Services include:Infrastructure and Data Center Services;

Communications & Infrastructure; and
Video Management Services.
