Suspect Arrested, Charged in Deaths at 10919 Fondren

August 6, 2018 - Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the deaths of two children that occurred at 10919 Fondren at about 4:40 p.m. on Saturday (August 4).

Jean Pierre Ndossoka (b/m, 61), is charged with two counts of capital murder in the 177th State District Court.  He s charged in the deaths of his two children, Marcel Ndossoka, 8, and Anna-Belle Faith Ndossoka, 1, both who were pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J. Rhodes and Detectives A. Vinogradov and D. Crowder reported: 

HPD patrol officers responded to a report of a deceased person at the above address and upon arrival discovered the children Marcel and Anna-Belle Faith.  Both children had sustained severe injuries to their necks.  The children's' mother advised the officers that the children's father (Ndossoka) told her he had killed the children and that he would kill himself.

On Sunday (August 5) at about 1 a.m. Ndossoka was located in his vehicle in Pasadena, Texas.  He had unsuccessfully attempted to commit suicide by a firearm and was transported to Clear Lake Regional Hospital in stable condition.
