Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 7900 Creekbend
June 15, 2018 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man that occurred at 7900 Creekbend about 12:35 a.m. today.
The victim, Hector Martin Rodriguez, 33, was pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant R. Olive and Detective S. Sylvester reported:
Witnesses heard arguing and then gunshots and found Mr. Rodriguez deceased of a gunshot wound. Further investigation determined Rodriguez had gone to investigate several individuals outside his apartment and was shot. Two suspects, described only as Hispanic males, were seen fleelng the scene shortly after the gunshots were heard.
