Officers were dispatched to a person down call at a bus stop at the above address and found Ms. Haggerty unresponsive and lying on the ground.  She had sustained apparent stab wounds.  Paramedics responded and pronounced Haggerty deceased.

Further investigation determined Haggerty lived at a nearby apartment complex.  Neighbors in the complex told investigators they heard Haggerty and her boyfriend, Hill, arguing for several hours.  Officers located Hill as he was leaving the apartment.  With evidence in the apartment and on Hill, he was taken into custody and subsequently charged in the incident.
