Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 7300 Long Drive
September 24, 2018 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 7300 Long Drive about 7 a.m. on Sunday (Sept. 23).
The identity of the victim, 24, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Senior Police Officer K. McDonald and Officer K. Fregia reported:
Officers were dispatched to a shooting call at the above address and learned the victim was driving a vehicle when he was shot multiple times by a suspect(s) driving in a separate vehicle. Paramedics pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
At this time, there is no known suspect(s), vehicle description or motive in the shooting.
