Suspect Arrested, Charged in Assault at 5509 Wipprecht Street
February 26, 2020 - Charges have been filed against a suspect in the assault of a woman at 5509 Wipprecht Street about 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday (February 25).
The juvenile male suspect, 13, was referred to Harris County Juvenile Probation authorities on an aggravated assault charge
The victim, Teneshea Lashay Milton, 34, was transported to an area hospital with multiple lacerations.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers M. Althaus and Z. Brumley reported:
Ms. Milton and a man, 64, are employed at a foster care facility at the above address. The suspect assaulted Milton after his request to go the the library was denied. The male employee intervened and, during the struggle, suffered a medical episode. Milton and the male were transported to an area hospital in unknown conditions. The suspect was arrested at the scene.
