Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 670 Maxey Road
November 01, 2021 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man that occurred at 670 Maxey Road about 7:40 p.m. on Sunday (Oct. 31).
The identity of the victim, 44, is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives K. Clark and M. Nicotra reported:
Officers responded to a report of a man found unresponsive and lying in the parking lot of the apartment complex at the above address. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
Witnesses stated possibly two unknown suspects had fired shots at the victim and fled in an unknown direction.
