July 19, 2022 - Houston police are investigating the death of a male found at 6550 Hillcroft Avenue about 5 a.m. today (July 19).  

The identity of the male is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.  

HPD Homicide Division Detectives J. Brown and M. Condon reported:  

HPD officers responded to a report of a male found deceased inside an abandoned apartment at the above address.  He had suffered blunt force trauma.  

At this time, there are no known witnesses or suspects.
