March 3, 2023 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a woman found at 9701 Stella Link Road about 10:45 a.m. on Thursday (March 2).

The identity of the female, 69, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J. Brooks and Detective B. Nabors reported:

Officers were dispatched to an apartment at the above address after Houston Fire Department paramedics advised a female was found deceased in her apartment.

An autopsy is being conducted to determine the woman's cause and manner of death.
