September 29, 2023 - Houston police are investigating the fatal stabbing of a man at 8219 Garden Parks Drive about 4:05 p.m. on Thursday (September 28).  

The identity of the victim, believed to be tween 20 and 25 years of age, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.  

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant N. Lazo and Detective M. Providence reported:  

HPD patrol officers responded to a stabbing at the above address and found the victim had been transported to HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake  where he was pronounced deceased.  

Further investigation and witness statements determined the victim got into a verbal altercation with a male suspect in the driveway of the residence at the above address.  The suspect then produced a knife and stabbed the victim.  

The suspect, described as a white male, 25 to 30 years of age, was last seen fleeing the scene in a white, four-door Alfa Romeo sedan with paper license plates.
