Budget And Fiscal Affairs - FY2025 Budget Workshops

Sign up below to comment for the May 21, 2024 meeting

The FY2025 budget process will allow virtual public speakers. All budget workshops will be held in the Anna Russell City Council Chamber at City Hall, Second Floor, 901 Bagby, Houston, TX 77002.

Only those who sign up in advance via the form below will be able to provide virtual public comments. Please make sure you sign up before 5:00 PM the day of before the budget presentation you wish to make comments on. For example, if you wish to speak at the Tuesday, May 21 11:00 AM Planning and Development Department budget presentation then you must sign up before Monday, May 20 at 5:00 PM.

If you plan to provide public comments at the departmental budget workshop hearings and require translating services, please notify atlarge5@houstontx.gov seven days in advance of the specific budget workshop.

A note of procedure, if a budget presentation is completed well before the start of the next presentation, and the following presenters are in the chamber and ready to present, the chair reserves the right to advance that presentation to an earlier start time.
