College and Career Resources - Student Financial Aid - Award Letters

Federal Student Aid Glossary

After you have submitted your applications for you will receive award letters from the colleges of your choice.  An Award Letter is an offer from a college or career school that states the type and amount of financial aid the school is willing to provide if you accept admission and register to take classes at that school.

You will need to decide which award package and schools best fits your needs. It is important that you carefully read each award letter before making your choice and keep in mind the conditions of loans you may have to pay back.
