Houston Police Department

Free Document Shredding

Mayor Annise Parker’s Department of Neighborhoods is proud to partner with Data Shredding Services
of Texas, Inc. and the Houston Police Department to provide FREE, safe, and secure document
shredding to neighborhood individuals. The Houston Police Department will have information
available on identity theft during the event, and DSS will be on hand to safely and ethically
destroy old documents.

This initiative supports Mayor Parker’s commitment to improving the quality of life and public
safety for all Houstonians. Events will be held once a month throughout the City of Houston.
