Investigation into Fatal Shooting of Male Found at 12315 Dunlap
July 22, 2016 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male found at 12315 Dunlap about 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday (July 20).
The identity of the male victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Officers K. Fregia and J. Saldana reported:
The victim was parked outside a convenience store at 12302 Hillcroft when he was shot during an apparent altercation. The victim then ran from the location, with the suspect chasing him. The victim apparently jumped a fence, and went to the above address on Dunlap where he asked a resident for help. Paramedics transported the male to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.
