Surveillance Video of Robbery Suspects at 2300 West Sam Houston Parkway North

September 20, 2016 - Houston police have released surveillance video of three suspects wanted in an aggravated robbery at a business at 2300 West Sam Houston Parkway North about 3:30 p.m. on September 5.

The suspects are described as black males, 16 to 19 years old, about 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 160 to 170 pounds.  One suspect, armed with a gun, was wearing a black T-shirt and light colored shorts.  A second suspect was wearing a black hoodie, gray shorts and sandals, and took money from a cash register and stole packages of cigarettes.  The third suspect, who served as the lookout, was wearing a gray hoodie and blue shorts.

Surveillance video of the suspects committing the robbery is posted on the HPD YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mrxu9lE4LEw.

Two suspects initially entered the Shell Gas Station at the above address, looked around and then left the store.  Moments later, using clothing to conceal their facial features, two of the suspects rushed behind the counter and immediately confronted an employee.  One of the suspects placed a gun to the back of the employee and demanded he open the register.  The second suspect then emptied both registers of cash and stole packages of cigarettes.  In addition, the suspects stole the employee's cell phone.  The third suspect remained at the entrance door and served as a lookout.  All three suspects ran to an awaiting vehicle, a 2004 white Ford F-150 pickup truck.  The truck was later recovered and determined to be stolen in a separate aggravated robbery incident.

Anyone with information on the identities of the suspects wanted in this case is urged to contact the HPD Robbery Division at 713-308-0700 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
