*IF YOU REALIZE ADDITIONAL STUDENTS NEED TO BE REGISTERED, PLEASE COME BACK AND REGISTER ONLY THOSE (NEW) STUDENTS. ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT, YOU MAY TAKE THE REGISTERED STUDENTS TOGETHER TO ONE OF YOUR DESIGNATED TIMES, IF YOU WOULD LIKE.*

You must bring to the event:

1. The confirmation letter or email for admittance to the event
2. A form of identification for the adult accompanying the child/children at time of check-in

Attention Parents:
Request the FREE Adult METRO Q® Fare Card for the City of Houston Back-to-School Fest by July 28th. https://webapps.ridemetro.org/GetQCard/CoHBack2School.

Leave the driving to METRO for the Mayor’s Annual Back-to-School Fest at the George R. Brown Convention Center! Get your pre-loaded METRO Q® Fare card ($2.50) value in time for the Mayor’s Back-to-School Fest, Aug. 5, 2023. This pre-loaded METRO Q® Fare Card allows you to ride round-trip on any METRO local bus or METRORail service. The METRO Q® Fare Card is re-loadable, so after you use the pre-loaded $2.50 value, you can add more money to the card to keep using it. Attention Students:
If you do not have a METRO Student Q® Fare Card, you can request the METRO Student Q® Fare Card for the City of Houston Back-to-School Fest by July 28th.

If you already have a METRO Student Q® Fare Card, you do not need to order a new one. Your current METRO Student Q® Fare Card can be used on METRO services for the Mayor’s Back to School Fest event. However, if you do not have a METRO Student Q® Fare Card, you can request a METRO Student Q® Fare Card for the City of Houston’s Back-to-School Fest by July 28 at the following link: https://webapps.ridemetro.org/GetQCard/COHBack2SchoolStudents.
