Budget and Fiscal Affairs - FY2024 Budget Workshops

The FY 24 Budget Process will not support virtual public speakers. All Budget Workshops will be held in City Hall Chambers, located at 901 Bagby, Houston, TX 77002, 2nd Floor.

Only those who sign up in advance will be able to provide public comments, no virtual comments will be permitted. This form is for members of the public who wish to provide public comments at the City of Houston Budget Workshops in person. Please make sure you sign up to speak in person at least 24 hours in advance of the workshop you wish to speak. For example if you wish to speak at the Wednesday, May 17 1:00 PM Finance Department Budget presentation then you must sign up by Tuesday, May 16 at 1:00 PM. A note of procedure, if a budget presentation is completed well before the start of the next presentation and the following presenters are in Chambers ready to present the Chair reserves the right to advance that presentation to an earlier start time.
