DR24 Application Status Updates Now Available Online!
The City of Houston Housing and Community Development Department has launched a new online Application Status Dashboard for the DR24 Single-Family Home Repair Program. Applicants who have submitted an application can use the dashboard to check their current status and track progress through the review process.
To access your information, visit the Single-Family Home Repair page and scroll to the bottom to find the Applicant Dashboard. Enter the Application ID # provided by HCD staff when your application was submitted. The dashboard then will display your current application status, priority classification, if applicable, and plain-language explanations of each phase of the review process.

Virtual Office Hours
Join us for Virtual Community Office Hours every Wednesday from 1–4 PM. During these weekly office support hours, you’ll have the opportunity to speak directly with a team member about our HCD programs and available resources, including the Homebuyer Assistance Program (HAP)
