Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 501 Greens Road
November 2, 2015 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 501 Greens Road about 10:50 p.m. on Saturday (October 31).
The victim, Danny Adams, 33, of the above address, was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant W. Elsbury and Senior Police Officer R. Martinez reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at the Durham at City View Apartments at the above address and found witnesses providing first aid to Mr. Adams.
A preliminary investigation and evidence at the scene determined Adams may have been taking out the trash when an unknown suspect(s) shot him several times. He was then taken by HFD paramedics to the hospital.
