Suspect Arrested, Charged in Fatal Stabbing at 95 Oates Road
September 17, 2015 - Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the fatal stabbing of a man at 95 Oates Road about 7:45 a.m. on Wednesday (September 16).
The suspect, Kendle Dexter Ware (b/m, 47), is charged with murder in the 351st State District Court. He is accused in the killing of George McCalister, 31, of Houston, who was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Officers C. Liu and K. Winningham reported:
Mr. McCalister and Ware got into a fight at their place of employment at the above address. At some point during the fight, Ware pulled out a knife and fatally stabbed McCalister. HPD patrol officers responded to the scene and Ware was taken into custody without incident.
