December 5, 2016 - Houston police have charged a suspect wanted for the fatal assault of a man found at 5153 Telephone Road at about 1:05 a.m. on October 16.

The suspect, Antonio Izaguirre-Flores (H/m, 30), is charged with murder in the 232nd State District Court for his role in the death of E.M. Molina, 44, of Houston.  Molina was pronounced dead on October 26.

A previous photo of suspect Izaguirre-Flores is attached to this news release.

HPD Homicide Division Officers M. Dykens and J. Fay reported:

HPD officers responded to a report of a male lying on the ground at the above address and found Mr. Molina unconscious, having suffered massive head injuries.  He was then transported to an area hospital.  Ten days later, he was pronounced dead after never regaining consciousness.

Investigators learned Molina visited a local nightclub during the early morning of October 16 and had an altercation with a female at the club.  The female then signaled for assistance from three suspects.  The three males grabbed Molina and forcibly pushed him into the parking lot at the club.  After Molina was assaulted by the three suspect, he ran to the location on Telephone Road where he lost consciousness and was later found.

Further investigation identified one of the three suspects as Izaguirre-Flores, who remains at-large.  The other two suspects are described only as Hispanic males in their mid-30s to 40s.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Izaguirre-Flores or on the identity of the two additional suspects is urged to contact the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
