Investigation into Fatal Crash at 7200 Westview
Feburary 21, 2018 - Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 7200 Westview about 10:50 p.m. on Tuesday (Feb. 20).
The identities of the two deceased victims - a female, 51, and a male, 25, - are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant D. Griffiths and Officer J. Best reported:
The female victim was driving a black Ford Escort eastbound on Westview when she ran the red light at the intersection with Antoine Drive and struck a black Chevrolet Cavalier and a white Nissan Altima traveling north on Antoine. The female at-fault driver and the male driver of the Cavalier were pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Altima and a passenger in the Cavalier were transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
