Girl Scouts of San Jacinto County

The Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council founded the Green Starlettes Dance Team in 1993.We have 9 divisions throughout the Houston Area, including Katy, Spring, League City, Missouri City, Midtown, Pasadena & Lufkin. We are recognized as the largest special interest groups within the San Jacinto Girl Scout Program. The purpose of the Green Starlette Dance Team is to build our girls self‐confidence and self‐esteem, while enjoying a fun and exciting non‐competitive dance experience. There are no try‐outs to join the Green Starlettes Dance Team; any girl in grades 4th through 12th can join. The Green Starlettes Dance Team creates a fun all- inclusive atmosphere for the girls to practice dance techniques, team spirit and learn valuable leadership skills.
