Press Conference Recognizing Love Your Pet Rescue Selfie Contest Winners

Council Member Karla Cisneros held a press conference on February 28, 2019 to announce and recognize the ten winners of the Love Your Pet Rescue Selfie Contest, who are currently featured on billboards across the Houston and Harris County area promoting BARC and the Harris County Animal Shelter. 74 selfies of pet owners and their spayed/neutered rescue pets were submitted and ten winning entries were selected. Congratulations to the winners!
