In an effort to provide and maintain transparency, and as part of our quality assurance and improvement program, the Audit Division provides a status reporting mechanism to the City Controller on a periodic basis. This a component of what allows us to utilize a system of metrics for accountability and evaluation of our performance in attempts to achieve continuous improvement.
