Eligibility

• The program is open to high school students in grades 9 - 12.
• Applicants must live in the City of Houston city limits. Visit www.houstontx.gov/council/whoismycm.html to determine what City Council district you live in and who your elected City Council Member is.
• Applications will be evaluated and select students will be offered an interview. Selection is based on final evaluation of interview and application.
• Members must commit to attending meetings and participating in projects, activities and events.
