Sissel Carlsen

Sissel Carlsen is the Community Liaison for the Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities. Sissel is a graduate of the University of Houston, where she honed her skills and developed her passion for social justice. After graduation, she went on to work for various non-profits around Houston, focusing primarily on social services for people experiencing domestic abuse. Through her work with the Mayor’s Office, Sissel is able to continue her mission of helping those who need it most.
