Fatal Traffic Accident at 11300 Beamer Road

December 31, 2009 - Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident in the 11300 block of Beamer Road about 11 p.m. on Wednesday (Dec. 30).

The female victim, 23, was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where she was pronounced dead. Her identity is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office.

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant I. Izaguirre and Officer C. Schulz reported:

The victim was driving a beige Ford Explorer northbound in the 11300 block of Beamer and failed to stay in a single lane. The Explorer then went onto a grass median and struck a tree.

No other vehicles were involved in this incident.
