Fatal Traffic Accident at 3800 Mansfield November 19, 2009 - Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident at 3800 Mansfield about 11:15 p.m. on Wednesday (Nov. 18). The male victim was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office. HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant S. Sorge and Officer J. Goana reported: The driver of a white Nissan Maxima was westbound on Mansfield when he veered to his right off the roadway and went into a ditch where he struck a cement drainage pipe. The driver was not wearing a seatbelt. No other vehicles were involved and there were no known witnesses to the traffic accident. The investigation is continuing.
