September 25, 2017 -

A suspect charged and wanted in the fatal shooting of a woman found at 2800 Stallings about 11:35 p.m. on September 19 is now in custody.
The suspect, Marion Charles Goodall (b/m, 34), is charged with murder in the 185th State District Court for his role in the killing of Leticia Greer, 38.  A photo of Goodall is attached to this news release.
HPD Homicide Division Lieutenant W. Meeler and Sergeant K. Meek reported:
According to witnesses, Ms. Greer got into a disturbance with a male suspect in the street at the above address.  At some point, she was fatally shot.  The suspect was described only as a black male wearing a black hoodie.  Investigators believe the suspect and another black male left the scene in a gray Dodge truck.
