Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 7298 Kingsgate

April 17, 2017 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man that occurred at 7298 Kingsgate Circle at about 12 a.m. on Sunday (April 16).

The victim, Carlos Donaires, 33, of the above address, was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Officers T. Colbert and R. Klementich reported:

Officers responded to a report of a shooting at the above address and found the Mr. Donaires deceased.  Witnesses reported the victim had been involved in an altercation with several unknown male suspects and, at some point, one of the suspects produced a gun and shot Donaires.  The suspects then fled in an unknown direction.
