FIRESIDE CHAT WITH The Mayor AND POLICE CHIEF FINNER TO FOCUS ON CRIME AND VIOLENCE FACED BY YOUTH
Youth invited to participate in person or virtually
Tuesday, March 7, 6 to 8 p.m.

February 24, 2023 -- The Mayor’s Youth Council (MYC) and Youth Police Advisory Council (YPAC) invite youth to participate in a Fireside Chat with the Mayor and Houston Police Chief Troy Finner about issues of crime and violence faced by youth, on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, from 6 to 8 p.m.

The presentation will be held in person at City Hall in the Legacy, 901 Bagby St., and livestreamed via Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram. MYC and YPAC members will serve as moderators. Youth are invited to submit questions for the panel in advance.

The Mayor’s Youth Council (MYC) is an initiative of the Department of Neighborhoods under the Office of Neighborhood Engagement.
