Division Responsibilities:
- Manage the Department's Open Records Requests
- Manage Citywide Records Storage and Retrieval Contract
- Provide Electronic Imaging Services to all City Departments
- Manage Records Retention Program and Destruction of City Records in Accordance with State Laws
- Manage Response to Public Information Requests for Administration & Regulatory Affairs Department and Finance Department
- Provide Computer Services & Communications for Administration & Regulatory Affairs Department and Finance Department
- Research Methods to Digitize All City of Houston Records and Make Available a City of Houston Search Engine for Retrieval of City Records.
