The Financial Planning and Analysis division is responsible for the development and management of the City’s Operating Budget, long-range financial planning, monthly financial reporting, and ad-hoc financial analysis to enable the City organization to provide City services in accordance with policies, goals and objectives established by the Mayor and City Council. The division goal is to improve the City’s financial position by providing recommendations based on comprehensive financial analysis.
