Welcome to the Room Reservations and Payment page, brought to you by the Office of Talent & Organizational Development (OT&OD) for City of Houston employees. Employees and external clients have the convenience of accessing our room reservation form for the E.B. Cape Center along with the option to proceed with their room rental payments through our dedicated OT&OD Payment Portal. Please note, it is mandatory to read and sign the room reservation agreement before email submission. For this purpose, or if you have any inquiries, please reach out to us at otodrooms@houstontx.gov.
